Just wanted to praise Milo for the brilliant way he communicated so openly on expectations and the results that could be achieved in selling my Late father’s home. Prior to Auction he ensured to us as a family we would know what realistic price could be achieved. On Auction day Milo was amazing watching where he could work the crowd to achieve the best outcome. Look no further if selling a property in Essendon and surrounding areas. Milo is your Auctioneer. Thank you so much

I highly recommend Julia Murphy from McDonald Upton when choosing an agent for selling a home. Professional, efficient, communicative, effective and reliable. This was verified by the way in which she dealt with an unexpected and unwanted plumbing leak which arose a few hours before an open for inspection. She arranged the repair within minutes of my call to her which was completed effectively in time for the inspection for which my family were very grateful.

I highly recommend Milo Rasinac from McDonald Upton when choosing an agent for selling a home. Professional, effective efficient, communicative and reliable. I am impressed by his expertise and experience in his knowledge of the current local real estate climate. He was intuitive and realistic in the sale of our home in the lead up to auction day. The way in which he could ‘read the room’ with the prospective buyers was impressive. Self assured on auction day, he delivered for us.

Julia's personality and professional approach is impressive! From our initial conversation with McDonald Upton, we were instantly amazed with the professional presentation and research work that had already been carried out ... even before we had decided on an agent! Her enthusiasm and 'can do' attitude, as well as her ability to listen, meant that communications were clear. We were informed always on how things were progressing with regular updates. I highly recommend Julia.
