Andrew has been an outstanding professional at every stage of my recent purchase. Not only has he maintained effective and prompt communication but he has been very accommodating in relation to all of my requests and queries. He has made this process seamless and has been a pleasure to deal with. A fantastic agent and I’m fortunate to have got him for my purchase!

Georgie was prompt responding to emails - her knowledge of the property and market was average. Whilst Georgie was at open inspections, we mostly dealt with Georgie post auction leading to settlement. The experience of working with Georgie started of great, but as general questions were raised about the property leading into settlement, the experience went downhill. I sincerely wish that Georgie maintained her demeanour throughout the process so I could give her 5 stars. I would recommend McDonald Upton in general as a REA, due to positive 5 star experiences in the past with other agents.

As someone nervous about re entering the real estate market Tom was very accommodating. Answering my questions promptly and taking time out of his day to take me through the property multiple times so I could make an informed decision I was comfortable with! Thanks Tom!

We give 5 stars to the team at Mcdonald and Upton who have been amazing, a special thanks to Rhys who has helped us find the property we were looking for. Rhys listened to everything we said he knows the area well, his communication allowed us to be in the best position to find the right home. He is very respectful & responsive. We met many other agents in area in the buying process, but can definitely confirm Rhys was the person who stood out. Thank you Rhys for all that you did.

Selling a family home can be quite traumatic and complicated, but Rhys took the sting out of everything. He communicated regularly, providing updates & questions from potential buyers about the property. He has a lot of local knowledge and was able to tell us how our listing was going in comparison to other properties on the market. Rhys is a genuine and trustworthy guy, who achieved a great outcome on Auction day. I highly recommend him & would definitely chose him again to sell our property.
