Simon Cookson was the agent from McDonald Upton who helped us to sell our home in Essendon. Simon conducted all the inspections of our home, which was a demanding task with the "one group at a time" COVID rules in place. It meant Simon spent many hours at our home, coordinating many interested groups over the period of the campaign. A significant demand on his time and patience. We found Simon to be very experienced and knowledgeable of the area. He grew up in Essendon and knew some previous owners of our home. He was very helpful with advice through the campaign and offered a steady hand during the actual online auction. He has many years experience in Real Estate and we felt very safe in Simon's calm hands. We enjoyed a successful campaign and a great sales result. Thank you Simon and the team at McDonald Upton.

We considered a number of agents to sell our home in Essendon before deciding on McDonald Upton. What made the difference for us was the way that Paul McDonald interacted with us. He used words like ethical, trust and respect in our conversations and his advice on how to approach our campaign was based on these values as well as his decades of experience in Essendon real estate. We felt really comfortable and safe with Paul, knowing that he had the knowledge and experience to sell our home the way we felt was the right way. Later in the process we also got to meet Simon Cookson, the agent who managed our home inspections. We also interacted with some of the team in the office, Liz Kwiatkowski, Advertising and Karen Corr, Digital Marketing and Martene Bailey, Administrator. What a great team! Always working well with each other and always very supportive of us and considerate of the stresses we were under. Thank you to everyone who helped us and we highly recommend McDonald Upton. Boutique really is better. Sue and Jonathan

I originally bought the property through Paul McDonald 28 years ago and decided to have him sell it for me as well. I was happy with my dealings with him then and am more than pleased with my dealings with him this time. Pauls market knowledge and professionalism and the strength of the team backing him gave me the results that I had hoped for. The whole sale process, from the initial inquiry through to the inspection and advice for presentation through to market timing and strategy, was handled with the utmost professionalism and integrity. I am very satisfied with the experience and interaction I had with Paul and the McDonald Upton team, and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wishing to sell their property.
