I recently used Simon Cookson to sell my unit at Ardoch Street, Essendon. Simon was extremely professional and efficient. He knew the market value of the property, gave examples of similar unit prices in the area, personally outlined the procedures from signing up, and what to expect at auction day. I cannot speak too highly of how Simon managed the advertising process/open days and eventually auction day.
