After looking at around 15 properties we met Bridget. Whilst having a general chit chat Bridget looked at me and said “I have the perfect property for you” didn’t have a pool but plenty of space and provisions already there to put one in. She made a call and we ventured straight there. We walked in and got that feeling of belonging, just what we had been waiting for, a house to call home. Needless to say we bought the house. We can’t thank Bridget enough for actually listening to us and reading between the lines. An agent not just selling any house, but an agent selling you the right home. Tony, is an exceptional, professional and such a helpful person. One of a kind. We purchased this property from interstate and with the pandemic restrictions, Tony went all out of his way to get video of the property and fulfilled all out requests. When he is busy and if he can't answer phone calls, he made sure to reply SMS at all different times of the day. I wondered, where did he get all this physical and mental strength to keep his customers informed and happy. While quarantining Tony offered to do shopping for us sending messages on a Sunday. What a perfect gentleman. Tony had become a good friend to us now and any real estate needs i know where to go. I recommend Tony's services to anyone in WA. Further more Tony's PA Jade is an awesome person to work with as well. so prompt very helpful always replied emails and made the process so efficient and stress free. Market knowledge was good but was quick to request a lower sale price after the house was on the market for 2 weeks. Little apparent apprecitation for the amount of pre-work that I did prior to each home open. I even turned lights on so the only thing that had to be done was greeting the potential buyers.
