Julie was an excellent agent who I'd definitely recommend. I was overwhelmed with preparing the house for sale but she gave me some simple guidance and thankfully advised me to not go overboard spending money. As the Greenwood market had little houses on the market at the time she suggested I hurry my house preparations along, and she was right. Julie found some early buyers who came through and put an offer in before the house even went to market! Her knowledge of the area and general communication with myself throughout the time was outstanding. Definitely a great outcome for us.

I have know Dianne as a local real estate agent for a few years that we were considering selling but weren’t quite ready. Every time I met her I instantly felt like I could trust her and she was so genuine. We had several evaluations from different agents particularly over the last few months and nobody gave us a price we thought was fair except for Dianne . She priced it fairly and worked hard to get the price we deserved for our place and it didn’t take her long. We thought the service would end once the house was sold but it didn’t. Whatever we needed even just advice on the property we were planning to buy Dianne was just a phone call away always offering to help.
