If you want an agent that will work for you (not the buyer), is honest, puts in the effort to show people around (outside of open homes if needed) and knows the local market then get Bridget to list your home. Other agents only do open homes, don’t care if you don’t get top price as they just care about selling as many homes as possible to benefit their back pockets. Bridget is honest, genuine and is there for her seller and I would certainly recommend her to anyone selling.
