Very satisfactory outcome. Rodney was very professional with lots of knowledge without being overbearing. Worked quickly and efficiently to secure a trouble free sale. An easy person to get along with. 21 cash settlement. I noticed he had sold other property in my area very quickly.

We bought our first home from Tash and her local knowledge of East Vic Park and the surrounding areas was great. She was quick to respond to any queries and meet building inspectors etc. at the house. As a first time buyer I didn't get much guidance from Tash around the whole process once the offer was accepted, so it's important to have the right people in your corner (broker, settlement agent etc.) to make sure all the necessary steps get ticked off. I would recommend Tash to assist with either side of a transaction.

Good regular and effective both positive and negative feedback from purchasers. Offering positive alternate selling advice that kept my target price. Worked hard to achieve a large number of viewings that suited the prospective buyers. Will use and recommend Julie, to sell in the future. She knows her market.

Over a six month period I bought our current house and sold our previous residence which we had lived in for more than 30 years. Namita is very professional and focussed on achieving the desired outcomes. Namita knows the market and what the customer is looking for and how best to present your property to achieve the best price.

Pauline has fantastic knowledge on the area and was able to answer all our questions. Her support team were also very knowledgable and maintained good communication when we had presented our offer and awaiting a response.

My husband and I were first time home buyers, absolutely daunted at the prospect of what lay ahead with trying to find, purchase and secure a property in the WA market for our busy little family of 5. We met Namita at one of the beautiful homes she represented in the Carrine/Duncraig area and from our first meeting we knew we weren’t dealing with just any agent. Namita spent valuable time with us both over the phone and face to face to find out what we really wanted from our first property, she made it her mission to personalise our experience and assist us in any way she could with going above and beyond to help us find our first home. Due to the time, care and attention Namita dedicated to us we ended up putting an offer in on a stunning family home beyond our wildest dreams in less than 3 weeks!! We couldn’t believe it! Namita is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about real estate and that shines through in spades. Her wealth of knowledge and understanding of the property market, contracts, negotiations etc. enables both the client and the buyer to receive nothing short of an outstanding level of service. Namita made our time with her so personalised it was like catching up with a family friend, she even took time out of her own busy schedule to show us around the local area, our own personal tour guide! We felt so special, thank you Namita! If you are looking for an honest, genuine, extremely knowledgeable agent (I could go on) who brings years of experience then we highly recommend Namita.

Shane is very professional in his approach and gives excellent advice. He was selling our house through a difficult period during Covid 19. He managed prospective buyers well and kept us up to date with what was happening and how the sale was progressing. Would recommend.
