Having now used Julie's services twice I am unreserved in my appreciation of her work ethic, her high standards of communication and the integrity with which she conducts herself. I had tenants in my house who I asked to leave early (because of the change to expat landlords and CGT) and Julie managed to create excellent relationships not just with my tenants, who did vacate early, but my buyers as well. She coordinated helping the tenants find another property and in doing so not just helped me but helped my buyers, who were some 36 weeks pregnant, get into their new house in enough time to create a home for their imminent arrival. I simply can't speak highly enough of her professionalism, her honesty in finding the middle ground that allowed us all to move forward, and her genuine caring nature.
