Having got to know Tony over the last 10 years or so it was a no brainer to get his local knowledge when it came to selling in Edgewater. He has never pushed us over the years to sell but advised us to hang on and the advice was spot on. Communicates well and the feedback from a soft open house allowed us to add $$$$ value in the end. Great guy, friendly and down to earth and a hint, if your real estate agent tells you what to improve to sell, follow their advice. We’ve done this twice and sold straight away so listen to the experts!

When we decided to put the property on the market, it was a very emotional time for me because it was my mother's house and also, I had become quite ill at the beginning of the process. Diane promised me that I would have to do nothing, and she was as good as her word. The house sold within 3 days and all the follow-on work that was needed to be done, she did. Even down to organising the carpets to be done and the electrician to update the smoke alarms. She was always there for me and answered any queries or questions. I believe she went far and beyond her role and was so friendly and encouraging each time I spoke with her. I do not hesitate to recommend Diane and her company Peard if you are thinking of selling your home. She gives great advice and is not in the least pushy.
