Namita was very friendly, professional and easy to work with. She went out of her way to advise us on the best preparation and presentation for the sale of our home of 25 years. Everything flowed smoothly due to her extensive experience. Namita was always available to find solutions to problems we had along the way. Her support team is extensive from tradesmen, photographer, stylist through to settlement agents. Everyone she recommended had the same level of professionalism and respect to achieve a fabulous outcome. Namita knew the area well and the demographics of buyers for our house. She had previous contacts who she recommended to view our property too. On the first weekend over 70 groups visited and Namita handled this comfortably, finding buyers to fit our situation. She had a sale very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Namita as a real estate agent to sell or help find a new home

I would like to thank Pauline for being very friendly and helpful over the phone when I spoke to her for the property I purchased in Craigie. During the settlement process I was mainly dealing with Pauline's assistant Kristy. Kristy was absolutely amazing and proactive with keeping me informed. When me and my mum did the final inspection with Kristy we could tell that she was a seasoned professional and a down to earth person. When we got in the car after the inspection the first thing my mum said was "how nice was she". Hopefully Kristy will be sitting in Paulines chair one day if she wants to. I hope Peard real estate realise how lucky they are to have both Kristy and Pauline.
