Pauline gave us solid advice and recommendations on what to expect. Whenever we contacted her she responded quickly. She has vast experience in the property market and gave us an accurate estimate of the value of our home in a very volatile market. We always felt she had things under control. She has a extensive network of tradesmen that she could recommend to fix items, from window washers to electricians. Our house was published on the web and after the first weekend on show secured acceptable offers within a day. She provided great insight in the pros and cons of each offer and renegotiated until we were satisfied with an outcome. We were never pressured in taking any offer. She let us decide in our own time which we highly appreciated! We would strongly recommend her and her team to anyone who wishes to sell!
