First thing first, Tony was significantly different and more knowledgeable than any other realtor agents we had dealt with in Perth. He knew the property well, the story of previous owners, structural history and how to work the units. He made us feel very much so at ease especially as first home buyers, he kindly and consistently encouraged us to ask questions and we felt comfortable enough to seek his advice in multiple domains.
