Right from the start of our sales journey before we had even signed with Namita, she was willing to share her sales knowledge and gave us detailed guidance as to how we should ready our home to increase its appeal in preparation for the sale. Her knowledge of the market and area and willingness to share this with us, along with her time, was like no other (and we did consult with a number of agents). Namita walked the entire process with us and went above and beyond what you would expect was in her scope of practice as an agent. Our photos were impeccable and the interest she gathered before our home open was incredible. Nothing however was left to chance, Namita planned everything perfectly and the weekend of our home open the interest we received in our home was amazing. Namita’s professionalism was a standout and her manner with buyers was also representative of her years of being an agent and the wisdom she has gained during this time. Our sales price far exceeded our expectations and we truly believe it was a direct reflection of Namita’s hard work, extensive knowledge and personal approach to the sale of our home. As sometimes happens, timing and circumstances made it essential that we market the property. However, to be able to sell, a complex set of circumstances required a potentially difficult and protracted negotiation with adjoining owners and also required a superior marketing plan that would attract Developers to appraise this site and the potential for re development.
