When I first meet Shane he gave me a market folio and explained it well. Told me my property value. I rang him a few months later and told him I was ready to sell.he arrived with a updated folio. Tony is everything you could ask for in an agent. He provides an accurate estimate for the value of your home, detailed feedback to best present the home and regular updates on home opens/prospective buyers.
