Selling the family home of 19 years was an emotive and potentially stressful experience. We were impressed with Pauline's professionalism, experience and commitment to getting the best possible outcome for us from the very beginning.
This started from initially leaving a message for Pauline- and when returning my call (based on just leaving a name), Pauline had researched our property, how long we'd been there, what improvements we had done and asked lots of questions prior to first meeting with us.
At our first and subsequent meetings, Pauline's down to earth and easy going manner made it easy to feel comfortable to entrusting the sale of our home to her. She was full of advice to prepare and present our home to its fullest potential and her eye for detail and styling expertise was invaluable - all the little extra touches that make a difference.
At one time, I remember saying "I've never been so stressed" - Pauline's answer was "don't you stress" I'm here to manage that for you - and she did!
When it came to home opens - not even a COVID lockdown on the weekend of our first scheduled home opens prevented Pauline from achieving an incredible result just days later. She was flexible to our needs, and to the changing demands of working within the COVID restrictions at that time.
Pauline was very responsive to answer messages/queries - at all hours of the day & night right up until settlement was effected.
