Martin demonstrated excellent communication skills. He listens more than he talks, which allows him to better understand his clients needs, as the client has the opportunity to communicate those needs. He is professional in the way he undertakes his business, balancing the needs of vendor and purchaser. After viewing multiple, unsuitable properties with agents/agencies we were all but resigned to leave empty handed and continue the search online. We call into a few other agencies, just to let them know what we were interested in purchasing. Martin was one of the last we saw, he asked if we could stay one more day, which we did. He showed us "one" property at 2pm, a sale price was agreed at 4.45pm, a sales contract was signed and exchanged with deposit paid the following day. He knows the market!!! Availability & price.
