Great customer service by Michelle. Lovely personality and the sale was conducted very quickly with both parties being kept very well informed of the progress of the sale. I was particularly impressed with Michelle’s empathy for the buyer and seller. I could see she wanted the best outcome for both parties and would do everything she could to achieve that, which is really important for ongoing business. Well done Michelle and thank you.

From the moment I met Michelle, she genuinely listened to my story. She wanted to understand why I was selling, the importance of my house to me and my family, what I needed from the sale and when. Instantly I felt like I was in safe hands and we came up with a plan and a price together. I appreciated that she included me in the decisions and provided the confidence that I needed. The efficiency in which Michelle and her team operate is just amazing! We all worked closely with the Percival team, with everyone playing their part, to get the house listed quickly and we accepted an offer within a few short hours of our first open house. Most importantly, she kept me up to date at every step along the way and explored every interested party to the full extent, which gave me assurance when accepting an offer. Michelle's knowledge and research on sales, combined with her genuine personality achieved the price I was after, in the time frame I was after too.

There was no other agent comparable with Percival. Michelle and her team have undeniable local resources at their fingertips which only occurs with having a long relationship with the Port Macquarie community. They had the knowledge and the know-how to get the best price for us. We have bought property from Michelle and have sold with her as well. It's all the little things that add up. Giving us the feedback we needed in preparing the house for sale. Helping to get the house ready for sale. Keeping us updated. The beautiful book presented to us after the sale was a wonderful surprise. I would definatly recommend Michelle and her team from Percival's.
