Michelle took a keen interest into our needs of what we needed in a property. She was prompt in her service delivery and showed empathy in compassion in our needs as a buyer. The property we purchased wasn't one that was one our list but we are extremely happy that Michelle asked us to come along to the open inspection as it suited our family and circumstances.

We found Michelle to be a very hard working and personable Real Estate agent. Michelle demonstrated high attention to detail, took the time to listen to us and responded with confident guidance. Michelle was highly professional, she has a sound ability to read and understand the current market and is able to utilise this information to reach a successful conclusion. Michelle has made selling our house a smooth process from day one and understood that selling our house was with mixed emotions. Michelle's highly competent team and the above comments were key factors in the successful sale of our house.

I would like tell of my experience with Michelle Percival of Percival Property Estate Agents. 1. I found from the first meeting with Michelle and her Assistant Ally Downing to be very friendly and comforting when you are about to list your home with them on the property market. 2. After the first meeting I was happy to leave the sale of our property into their most capable hands.. 3. They assisted my husband and I with all the details of what we needed to proceed properly to go ahead with the sales, Photography, Certificates, Contracts etc. 4. After our home was ready and advertised on the market we only had to be ready each time for home visits and open houses from the prospective buyers. 5. With each and every home visit or open house Michelle or Ally attended they would let us know exactly their thoughts and progress with each open home. 6. When our home was sold within 5 to 6 weeks we were ecstatic of the quick and thorough time it took to sell our home. My husband and I can’t thank Michelle and all her staff at Percival Property enough for all their thoroughness and personal service they have given in getting a satisfying result on selling our home. Thank you so much Michelle

Couldn't be happier with the sale outcome or the way in which Michelle handled the sale on our behalf. The pre-listing discussions and agreement was clear, the selling process was clear & the desired outcome was achieved. Michelle kept us informed regularly.
