Michelle was an absolute pleasure to deal with, no pressure sales, just positive encouragement and assistance. Made our decision to purchase a far easier one. Throughout this purchase we had lots of contact with Jenny Magill (at Percival's) as well. Jenny is also an absolute pleasure to deal with, quick to respond with the greatest professionalism at all times. I wish more agents in Sydney were like these two ladies in Port Macquarie...... Fantastic!!

If I was to sell a property again I would engage Michelle Percival - Michelle provided all the information I needed and kept me well informed all through the sale process. Michelle was efficient, courteous, helpful and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Kathy

I cannot speak more highly of Percival Property and their team in regards to the purchase of my property in 2010, the management of renting this property for the past 5 years and the sale of this property just recently. The genuine great customer service and willingness to assist with anything has made this journey a smooth one for us. I cannot thank you enough. One of Ports most professional businesses I have come across. Karol O'Brien

Michelle Percival went above and beyond our expectations! She sold our home prior to auction and we were very happy with the level of communication and trust. She has been nothing but helpful in many areas related to our next move, and she went out of her way to do whatever she could to help - which she did purely out of kindness! We are so glad we chose Michelle to sell our home. We can't imagine any other agent exceeding our expectations the way Michelle did!

Michelle was very helpful with our purchase Michelle and her staff bent over backwards to help us in any way they could even after hours inspections were no problem and since we were moving from Sydney she even advised my wife on the best schools for my daughter and even offered to make some inquiries for work for me . I would recommend her and her team to all who are looking to buy or sell real estate . Steve White

Michelle and Jenny were both excellent and I would recommend them both. Without Jenny we wouldn't have found our perfect home and without Michelle we wouldn't have secured it. Great job!!
