Working with this Ahmad and the Blackshaw team was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. They made what can often be a stressful and overwhelming process feel surprisingly calm and manageable. Their communication was clear, friendly, and always proactive. We never had to chase updates or wonder what was happening behind the scenes, they kept us informed at every turn and made sure we felt supported and confident throughout the journey. Ahmad was able to provide us incredible advice and continuously be in our corner while buying our new property and when the time came was able to get our property on the market in a very short turn around and then get a pre-auction offer within 7 days. What really made the difference was how genuinely invested the team were in helping us achieve the best possible result. They listened carefully to what mattered to us, took the time to understand our priorities, and worked with us closely to make sure every decision aligned with our goals. They were patient when we needed reassurance, decisive when action was required, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure things ran smoothly. The outcome Ahmad achieved was fantastic, better than we had hope, and it was clear that their hard work, experience, and thoughtful guidance were key to making it happen. Beyond the result, though, we truly appreciated the human side of the experience: the kindness, the honesty, and the sense that we had someone genuinely in our corner. This was a 5‑star experience in every sense, and we would recommend them without hesitation.
