We had a fantastic experience working with Janae to successfully sell our family home in Narrabundah. I had met Janae a number of times presenting homes in the Inner South of Canberra. We chose to work with her as she has considerable expertise in the region. Right from the beginning Janae was friendly, approachable, and willing to guide us. What could have been a stressful and complicated process was handled with confidence and ease. Janae’s clear communication, responsiveness, and genuine care made all the difference. We especially loved her video! The journey from preparing a house for sale, through to campaign, inspections, considering offers, then settlement, can take months. Debbie was our no. 1 choice in selling our property. She was straight down the line in what we had to do to achieve the result we got. The sale surpassed our expectations.
