We had Debbie market and sell our 1 bedroom apartment in Kingston in April 2023. It had been tenanted prior to this and the tenant gave us a bit of grief, not moving out when she was supposed to (after having agreed to buy the property). Debbie persisted in negotiating with her, but despite Debbie's obvious skills, even she was unable to dislodge this tricky tenant (and would-be purchaser). Once the tenant was out, Debbie leapt into action. She arranged essential maintenance, styling and a targeted marketing campaign. After only a single open inspection, potential buyers were identified, were courted, agreed to buy (at a price well beyond our wildest expectations). Fast, efficient, friendly. What an agent. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise in dealing with varying market conditions unlike many other agents who have only had recent successes in a busy market. Of importance for us, although he has clearly proven his ability to achieve great results, he is just lovely to deal with and lacks the sense of arrogance and chauvinism that some other agents possess.
