We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a property being sold at Auction by Christine. This was a very new experience for us, and given my husband was due to be travelling at the time of the auction, I expected that I would be quite nervous going into Auction Day without having him there to contribute and support. Christine was very transparent at the open home visits, in terms of discussing the expected price range based on the seller's expectations and her knowledge of the market. This gave us the confidence to know that we might be 'in with a chance', and to decide bid on Auction Day. Chrstine was also very helpful in letting us know what documents and signatures would be required prior to auction Day, given my husband (joint owner) would not be present on the day. Again, this helped us feel confident and prepared. Christine's communication was always timely, and she was very approachable throughout the whole process, making it very easy for us to ask her any questions (even they ones we thought may be silly). On Auction Day, Christine checked in with me periodically to ensure I was ok and calm. She was very reassuring, and a really lovely and helpful presence on the day. After the sale, Christine was very clear in ensuring we knew to get insurance organised, and knew what the next steps would be in terms of engaging with a solicitor to finalise the sale details. But she also ensured that we took time out to celebrate the purchase, take lots of photos, and meet the prevous owners! It was a very positive experience, and i would definitely recommend Christine should anyone be looking for an agent to sell their home, or looking for an agent from which to buy their home!

I was very impressed with Giliian's professionalism and efficiency throughout the whole process and where she achieved a very quick sale on my unit.
