I wanted to engage Mario based on his overall track record, especially in Inner South. I was not disappointed. He has excellent local knowledge and a friendly, engaging manner. He also had a good sense of the value of the house three months out from sale--no mean achievement in the 2021 market. The campaign was well-conducted and he was obviously a very capable auctioneer. Once might be luck but twice is talent! For the second time I have used Mario and his team to sell my family home and for the second time not only suburb records but Canberra records were broken. Mario and is team are professional, affable, officiant and approachable. While Debbie got a good price she was not good at keeping us informed. We didn’t know when home opens were on. She convinced us to go for a video which was poor and a waste of money. She was rude after the offer had been accepted and when we sought information about settlement she passed us on to receptionists who did help us. It was like “I have a sale now, so I don’t have time for you”
