She helped us for weeks before auction and was on the phone to us on auction day, She was amazing help and we were very pleased with her service seeing we had no idea what we were doing it was all new to us and she manage to take every step by step with us. We could not have been happier with the experience of selling our home with our agent, Debbie Maddigan. From the outset, she was punctual and professional. Though Debbie came from out of our area, from our first meeting she was prepared and informed as to our local market. Her campaign document was easy to use and her guidance on which of the sales packages would suit our home was accurate. Debbie guided us through the preparation of our home for open home and worked well with us to achieve a result that we were all proud of and that showed off the best of our home. For us, an important quality in an agent was communication. In this, Debbie excelled. She was always available to take our calls and answer our questions. And, after each open home, she informed us, on the day, as to the numbers of visitors and of any prospective buyers. When we were confronted with a COVID lockdown and an online, Auction Debbie took over and guided us through what could have been a very stressful situation with calm and control. Even with this difficult situation, we achieved a result that was far above our expectations. Debbie prides herself on the relationships she builds with the client and the protective buyers and this is well deserved. The staff on her team all compliment her on her pride in her work. Julie, her support staff, was wonderful to work with. She was available to contact and followed up on all our needs. The photographer and the auctioneer were also of the highest standard and both provided a fabulous service in the sale of our property.
