Mario is rightly regarded as perhaps one of, if not the best, real estate agent in Canberra - especially for $2million+ properties. He is very friendly, easy to deal with, responsive, concise, patient with customer queries and extremely knowledgeable about the Canberra real estate market. Because he is so good - he is very busy - but he utilises his support team very well to get through all he needs to. On the day of the auction he performed brilliantly to get us a price that was over $300,000 above all the estimates 2 months previously. I would highly recommend Mario if you have a property to sell.
