Mario communicated clearly about how the sales campaign would run, and we felt completely assured of his ability to handle every single aspect leading to the sale. Relevant information was clearly shared with us, but equally and importantly, we weren't included in trivialities along the way. Debbie has an excellent understanding of the market. The price she suggested for my property made it very competitive without underpricing it. We got a buyer well before similar properties that had been on the market for longer at a price I was very happy with. She's also very easy to work with - conscientious and thorough without being pushy. I think she is able to establish a rapport with people without them feeling she is just trying to make a sale.
