We have appreciated her level headedness and attention to detail in terms of keeping us informed of the number of visitors and their comments, the number of potential buyers and their level of interest. Debbie has an excellent understanding of the market. The price she suggested for my property made it very competitive without underpricing it. We got a buyer well before similar properties that had been on the market for longer at a price I was very happy with. She's also very easy to work with - conscientious and thorough without being pushy. I think she is able to establish a rapport with people without them feeling she is just trying to make a sale.
