All went to plan - seamless, professional, punctual. Bit miffed they didn't come round to help us pack-up or clean toilets etc but possibly outside their duties. Seriously though, a great sales result for us as seller and we are told, for the buyer.

a. The preliminary meeting was very clearly stated about the procedure as well as any extra job to be done such as a professional display. b. The process went smoothly as discussed in the preliminary meeting. The agents turned up at the set time and left the property locked. c. Auction was pitched at the appropriate level and was not rushed for the participants to take time making decisions.
