We would have given 4.5 stars if possible. We sold the house while living elsewhere and Mario and the team project managed the sale and the pre-sale preparations for us very well. There were a couple of minor issues that they effectively resolved. The final sale price was slightly below what we were expecting but Mario managed to negotiate a compromise acceptable to both parties.
