The process was so incredibly efficient & easy for us - we didn't need to do a thing other than give our yay's/nay's when Hayman Leasing needed answers if they didn't already have the information... From sign-up, right through to Tenant's moving in, including repairs & maintenance that were needed (carpets, full internal, new bin ordering, general external, rubbish removal & lawn/gardens), Emily & Sammy was AMAZING! Our vacant holding time was almost non-existent from settlement to first rent received & the Tenants selected are absolutely perfect for the type of investment property we have. Couldn't rave anymore about their services.
