I commend Elle as my property manager, and recommend her highly. She is thorough, diligent and very detailed, and seems to have a good rapport with my tenants. She communicates well and recognises that it is challenging with me living overseas with no access to my properties, so compensates well with information flow. She is also innovative in terms of finding solutions.

Very happy with the whole process. Hayman were excellent. The only negative was being spammed by their partner "move-me-in" to connect utilities. My fault, I suppose, I should have unsubscribed after 4 of them. Only did it after 11 or so.

Brett snd his Team have been managing our property since we purchased it three years ago.
