I first met Glen 2 years ago whilst visiting my elderly dad in Canberra. Glen had just sold a house in the neighbourhood and I decided to connect with him well in advance of the ultimate passing of my dad. At that time I joined Glen's market update list and kept abreast of both his performance as an agent and the craziness of the market through and after covid. I knew nothing of Glen's background but when I called him to say that my dad had passed he showed genuine sympathy which I realised later was coming from a similar family background to my own. I am involved in various businesses and have bought and sold a number of properties - I'm not interested in time-wasters, or agents who are just going through the porocess. So when I arranged a personal interview with Glen regarding the agancy to sell my dad's property, I was pleasantly surprised by his knowledge of the market and his integrity in dealing with some pretty blunt questions that I asked. I gave him the job on the spot. Glen proposed a cost-effective marketing to auction strategy involving carpet replacements, internal painting and staging, which I agreed to. I received regular updates on the various property inspections during the campaign - Glen went the extra mile to present the property inm its' best light, as if it were his own I would say. On auction day I participated by phone - when it came to the pointy end of negotiations, Glen and I worked well together to get the result I wanted. I believe that Glen was also happy because he achieved a record price in a moderately tough market, for the neighbourhood. I recommend Glen as an authentic, knowledgable and result driven agent who operates with high integrity

Martin Faux was a very professional and personable agent who was personally recommended to us. He was ethical, helpful and efficient. He understood the appropriate market for the sale of our home of 32 years. His communication skills were much appreciated. Martin, and Haymans Partners' staff were always ready to communicate and assist with any queries. Our home sold as a result of the first Open House viewing. Excellent Agents!

During the sale process, the Hayman team provided great professionalism and communication skills to keep us up to date with outcome/feedback from the open days. The team also guided us through the sale process as we are from interstate hence not fully aware of the ACT sale/settlement process.
