Brett did a fantastic job for us. He got our property to market in record time following the unexpected departure of our tenants and sold it within 4 weeks of it hitting the market. Marty looked after the sale of my investment property via auction and his initial presentation, communication and sales pack was nothing short of 100% (I met two agents in the day and there was never a question of who I would choose) Through the process Marty kept me informed, answered all of my questions and I never felt out of the loop. On auction day Marty, the auctioneer and another staff member were present and very professional. The property sold for a good amount but even if it passed in, it would Not have changed my opinion of Marty and the team. I would 100% recommend this team to be your selling agents.
