Brett worked for me all the way. Vendor often feel like their agent has "baited" them to get the listing and seem to work harder for the purchaser. We had an excellent experience dealing with Brett and his team. We've dealt with a number of agents over the years and working with Brett was certainly the smoothest and easiest experience we've had. The advice we got at our initial meetings and then through the process was always balanced and accurate. He gave us some very good guidance as to what we did and didn't need to do to ready the property for sale and his read of the market was right on the money. I felt we could trust Brett completely. We were outside of Canberra for the whole process, so work he and the team did to coordinate the sale was excellent and super efficient. They communicated with us very well.
