Glen demonstrated great communication skills. He explained in detail how he would manage the selling of our property and mapped out how the process would run over the weeks until auction. He provided extensive detail about the groups that had been through at each open house - and those that had real interest. He assisted with some minor repairs in the ensuite and did a quick courtyard tidy up before every open house. I strongly recommend Glen to sell your property, he is courteous, he knew what was important and what not to worry about and, as a bonus he enjoys his job.

We had little hesitation in contacting Brett when it came time to sell our property - based on his established sales record and reputation in our locality as well as the personal recommendation of friends. We weren't disappointed. Before our first scheduled open day a lockdown was called and plans to proceed to auction via "3 open houses" had to be abandoned. Brett immediately contacted prospective buyers offering a virtual "walk through" which in conjunction with the excellent web site that the team had prepared, was able to negotiate a sale with contracts exchanged in a little over two weeks. Brett is a thorough professional, an outstanding communicator and has a great team supporting him. We were delighted with the service, the outcome, and the communication during the selling and negotiation process. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

We entrusted our sale with Brett based on our past experience with his agency and his willingness to go above and beyond. Two days before our first open house and a day prior to styling, our town unfortunately went into lockdown and a considerable delay in the process seemed ominous.
