Brett and his team were very supportive and cheerful throughout the whole selling process. We were given regular progress reports and our queries were always answered promptly. As first time sellers via auction, Brett put us at our ease and talked us clearly through the various steps. We would not hesitate to recommend him as an agent.

We found Brett to be very genuine, reliable and approachable. He is also very professional in all aspects of dealing with us. This is the second house that he has sold for us. He achieved a great sale price both times. He made us feel at ease throughout the whole process and during the auction. We will not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Brett leads a team of professional agents and he is an outstanding agent himself. My property was a challenge to sell in the current market. An older apartment against new, fresh apartments and older apartments with stronger yields in the inner south market. Brett and his team were on point from even before the listing with delicate management of the tenant and then full stream ahead with the marketing. Brett engaged the potential investors and owner occupiers to qualify their interest and he kept me up-to-date. His approach was excellent.

We would definitely recommend Brett to anyone wanting to sell their home. From start to finish he regularly communicated to us what was happening with our marketing campaign. He & Martin are friendly and have great people skills. They followed up and made timely contact with many prospective buyers and as a result we had a good turn-up of registered bidders on auction day. Thanks Brett & Martin!!

Brett Hayman, Martin Faux and Emily are very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Selling a house has never been so easy! They know exactly what to do and at what times, and coached me through the process. I felt completely in control at all times and am very impressed with the time and effort Marty in particular has taken with selling my house. Great job guys!

All of our interactions for this purchase were with Martin Faux and we found him to be very knowledgeable, professional, and always there to help. We are based in Sydney which added some complexity to this purchase however we found Martin very easy to deal with and all of our questions were always answered thoroughly and promptly.
