What’s to say? Jeremy is a legend. This is our first property purchase. We flew to Tassie with a fully booked week of inspections. Of the agents we dealt with he was by far the most down to earth. Also the least prone to exaggeration. In fact, we checked, after we got the contract, the identity of the seller and occupation and it was straight up. I’m not a trusting person, but the location and occupation of the seller was spot on. Google is a wonderful thing. Almost didn’t believe him because another property we looked at was apparently on sale from the same owner. Couldn’t check the owners details on that one because we didn’t have a contact but checked previous sale date for both properties and they were a month apart same year which matched what we were told. Jeremy has been honest and helpful. He has taken our requests and questions and acted on them immediately. So much so that we are keeping the rental with him after the settlement. True story. Would definitely recommend Jeremy to anyone wishing to buy. Also would recommend him to people wishing to sell. He has a natural aura of honesty which inspires confidence, and, if your an untrusting guy like me, check what he says and in our experience it’s legitimate.
