It is rare that a home is sold within 12 hours of being advertised on the internet, and yet that is exactly what happened to us. Jeremy had discussed thoroughly with us what we wanted to achieve in the sales of our home, was clear on what he thought would be a good price to set the home at for a quick sale and not compromise what we could actually make in its sale. He listened to our telling him all of the hard work we had put into the place renovating it and even how we might target interested customers. His wording of the place was clever and a huge 'tease' to elicit interest. He had a fantastic photographer come in who worked with us to get the best angles on the home creating a portfolio of photographs that were stunning and compelling for the viewers. Yes, our place was locked into a contract within 12 hours of being listed on the internet and we could not be happier with the fantastic personal and professional approach Jeremy took with us. I would have to say it is all part of Jeremy's personality and style and it was great working with him!
