They have a fantastic and experienced property management team there, I would say Lisa Gifford would be the best of the best property manager I've ever met before. I'm much appreciated for her transparency, efficiency and great communication, helped me to sort out the old tenancy issues and found a new tenant rapidly with the accurate rental market price review, to increase my investment income. So even though I'm in Sydney I don't have to experience the panic when the old tenant moved out with short notice. Thank you very much Lisa and the PM team! Keep up the excellent work!
