Approximately five years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Evan who was acting as selling agent for a neighbouring property. Evan's affable, down to earth - no nonsense persona made engaging in conversation with him very open and friendly. At the same time I was about to sell an investment property which we discussed. The characteristic that stuck with me was his genuine, INHERENT, no bells and whistles," CAN DO, GO-GETTER" attitude. It was so refreshing, as I had encountered a previous agent who had a take it or leave it attitude nor offered any marketing strategies. This was so opposite to Evan. Since then I engaged Evan to sell a total of three properties, with outstanding results. I can genuinely say on at least two occasions Evan went the extra mile and achieved results that amazed me - justifying my initial character assessment of Evan. His work out of hours and behind the scenes was one of "GOING INTO TO BAT FOR HIS CLIENT" My deepest appreciation and thankfulness to Evan. David is more than an estate agent, we'd call him a genuine matchmaker! David was able to find us the buyer we were looking for.
