Bridging the Gap
Living in another state, we had to place our trust in Evan, to take care of all aspects of seling our home. It was an inspired choice. Evan was the agent we recently bought a property from. From the beginninh he was very helpful and was nore than happy to ask questions and point us in the right direction. Dave knew the area well, was highly motivated.
Although not local to the area Dave had lots of previous sales in the area and had a good knowledge of potential buyers and an accurate idea of price point to expect. He worked with me to have a very quick fuss free sale with minimal impact on my family
