She gave great advice for my application on the day which made me feel confident in our application. The experience I had with the PPD property management team was absolutely incredible. I had my property listed with another agency for 6 weeks and despite their best efforts, they were unable to secure a tenant for me. After reaching out to Katrina and giving her the listing, it took her 4 days to get someone in and signed. Upon arrival, Sebastian made sure everyone was properly greeted, listened to their concerns, and answered all questions he could. He was so kind to walk and help me through the process of application and gave me the nicest call when I made the shortlist. He then made time on the same day to show me the unit again and convince the landlord to adapt the lease to suit my desired length. Sebastian was profesional, warm, approachable, patient, understanding, accommodating, and overall amazing throughout the entire process. By far the best Agent I have ever interacted with, he is what a Real Estate Agent should be like.
