Kat has been incredibly efficient and a pleasure to deal with in setting up our property to be rented for the first time. Our plans changed at very short notice and she and the PPD team didn’t miss a beat to get the place tenanted, as well as helping with all the admin and trades etc. They streamlined everything for us and took a huge weight off us during a stressful time.
