I liked Sean from the outset. I met him just after we appointed PPD to manage the sale for our house late in 2019. He is a clear communicator that quickly put us at ease on how the sales campaign is going and I knew that he "gets buyers". I was on the seller's side, however I came to see how buyers also feel that he is a straight shooter. Him working next to Alex resulted in strong buyer follow up. The open houses were strongly attended and within 3 weeks we had a well qualified pool of interested buyers. During week two into week three Sean and Alex had an in depth idea of who the strong buyers were and the prize they were willing to pay. All through the sales process we were well kept informed through phone calls and good weekly reports. We accepted his and Alex's advice when a top offer came along and within 24 hours exchanged contracts. We had the assurance that they really knew the prospective buyers and that they spent lots of time staying in contact with them.
