Debbie's appraisal price of the property at the beginning was spot on. It was the final sale price that was achieved. We were very happy with that result as the property was difficult to value and had no similar sales to compare with. It is 12,000 m2 and half of it had a restrictive zone. Debbie had to search for a buyer who would appreciate such a large property. Debbie advised us that the property would be easier to sell if it was sub-divided and market the smaller front lot. We did that and it was sold soon after. Throughout the lengthy sale period Debbie never slowed down. She was always on time, always answered her phone promptly and always friendly and helpful.
