What we particularly appreciated, was his personalised approach, in a calm and reassuring way. As we are originally from overseas, the online application process was a daunting task, so being able to fill out a paper version and explaining our situation was a relief and incredibly helpful. Excellent customer service from Katrina and Eliza. Katrina provide spot on advice in relation to getting my property ready for leasing including styling, photography and the marketing. She supported me through the whole process and was super enthusiastic and positive. Katrina and Eliza leased it on the first open for inspection for an excellent rental.
