Dream agent!
Doreen Wilson came highly recommended and she lived up to my high expectations. She understands the market very well but also understands the human aspect of buying and selling real estate. Her campaign strategy was excellent. She is enthusiastic, helpful and realistic and I always felt she was being 100% upfront with me. I always knew what was happening, her verbal and written reports were prompt, clear and detailed and her following up of potential buyers was thorough. She was always available to speak to me, or drop in to discuss progress. We sold the night before auction after Doreen's negotiating at all hours because the buyer was on the other side of the world.

Highly professional and helpful
My dealings with Jason and his wonderful EA Jennifer were always positive and informative. Jennifer was marvellous in offering advice to get the house in order for sales inspections, and Jason always kept me in the loop about responses to the house of prospective buyers. They made the process as straightforward and stress free as possible. Highly recommended!

Great Agent!
I met Daniel about a year ago when my husband and I were searching for a new property. Took all the stress out of selling
Wow - what a great decision it was to put Daniel in charge of selling our Kingsford property. This is the second time we have appointed Daniel as our selling agent as we'd had a great experience with our first house and enjoyed his no-drama approach. Because our first experience was so good, we went in with very high expectations, and Daniel exceeded them! This sale was a little more complicated than our first as we had relocated out of Sydney and weren't on site. Also, the house had been leased for a several years and needed a freshen up before sale. Daniel handled it all! He coordinated the painters, gardeners, handyman, and even arranged for a new fence to be installed - all in what I thought was an impossibly short time frame. The house looked fabulous for the start of the marketing plan and Daniel and his team's professionalism continued throughout the campaign, and we sold the property for a price we were happy with. The process was smooth and stress free from start to finish. If you are looking for an agent who is a dream to work with, who goes above and beyond and who will take as much of the stress out of selling your property as possible, I strongly suggest you give Daniel Cachia a call.

A young man who was easy to deal with
I was referred to Christian by a builder carrying out work replacing the deck on my house. For the first time I met Christian I was impressed. He brought to the first meeting one of the principals of the firm, the Christian did virtually all the legwork from what I could see. From the time that we formally engaged PPD until exchange was less than 14 days. The property was not even formally advertised but PPD seem to find buyers from its database and Christian worked through those that were interested and expeditiously brought about an exchange at a price we were satisfied with. I would certainly recommend Christian, and indeed I already have done.

An incredible result from a highly professional and talented Agent
Not only did Christian gain a result exceeding our expectations in a highly volatile and unpredictable market but he did it with grace and humour.
