We ended up choosing Daniel as our agent as he indicated that he had potential buyers in mind and it was one of those potential buyers that ended up purchasing our property. Anthony appeared as a man who wanted to make the sale happen and so I had to make clear my expectations from the start. I wanted more for the unit but I am a realist and know that selling for this much money is not easy as I believe the market has passed it's recent peak. The first offers were below what we needed but in the end, before the auction date, Anthony found two potential buyers and was able to get an acceptable price. This was for my brother who was unable to deal with this matter for himself and so we have achieved enough to allow me as power of attorney to look after my brother's welfare.
