It's a pleasure to write this review for Sean Poche and Nathan Ryland for many reasons After having my property on the market for ten weeks and not selling I was not impressed I researched 8 agents and my pick was Sean Poche I met with Sean before signing with him 5 times and at no point was he pushy or did I ever feel Foreced into a decision. Divesting of property can have many challenges in dealing with potential purchasers, strata issues and scheduling visitations. My wife and I are extremely happy with the way Doreen handled the sale of 12 Warwick Ave, Cammeray. We both highly recommend Doreen's services. Although Doreen wasn't a local agent in Cammeray, we believe her approach was fair for both the owner and buyer. In the past, we haven't had the best experience with real estate agents, but in this case we couldn't recommend Doreen enough.
